We want you to love your BREDA timepiece, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your watch in its original BREDA box and include all protective materials to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
