How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

Are BREDA watches water-resistant?

Most of our timepieces have a water resistance rating of 3ATM, meaning they are splash-resistant. We recommend avoiding direct contact with water, such as showering or swimming, to preserve the life of the leather and internal components.

What kind of warranty is provided?

Every BREDA watch comes with a two-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects. This includes the watch movement, hands, and dial, but excludes wear and tear on the strap or battery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options via Klarna and Afterpay.

Can I adjust the size of my watch band?

Yes, our metal link bracelets can be adjusted by a local jeweler or with a link removal tool. Our mesh bands feature a sliding clasp that can be easily adjusted at home without special tools.
